Gems
The following is the skill gem setup one would use for this character. You can use Greater Multiple Projectiles instead of Lesser Multiple Projectiles, but I feel that LMP allows for higher damage due to it being easier to shotgun.

4L: Incinerate + Spell Echo + Lesser Multiple Projectiles + Added Chaos Damage
5L: Incinerate + Spell Echo + Lesser Multiple Projectiles + Added Chaos Damage + Faster Projectiles
6L: Incinerate + Spell Echo + Lesser Multiple Projectiles + Added Chaos Damage + Faster Projectiles + Added Cold Damage / Added Lightning Damage - Helmet
4L : Enfeeble + Tempest Shield + Blind + Reduced Mana - Gloves
4L : Cast When Stunned + Enduring Cry + Increased Duration + Immortal Call - Boots
4L : Reduced Mana + Herald of Ice + Discipline + Clarity - Weapon
3L : Elemental Weakness + Arctic Armour + Empower - Shield
3L : Lightning Warp + Faster Casting + Reduced Duration
Gear
The following is a list of required items you will need in order to make the build work correctly. {Gear Notes}
- The Anvil : +(30 to 40) Life gained when you Block, +(15 to 20) Mana gained when you Block, +3% to maximum Block Chance, 10% Chance to Block
- Cloak of Defiance : When hit, 10% of Damage is taken from Mana before Life, Mind Over Matter
- Rathpith Globe : (40 to 60)% of Block Chance applied to Spells
- (Optional) Doryani's Catalyst : Gems in this item are Supported by level 20 Elemental Proliferation, 1% of Elemental Damage Leeched as Life
