This is an incinerate build based on high cast speed while using the standard EB/MoM/AA setup.

Bandit Choices
- Normal : Help Oak (+40 base Life)
- Cruel : Kill All (Skill Point)

Gems
The following is the skill gem setup one would use for this character. You can use Lesser Multiple Projectiles instead of Greater Multiple Projectiles, but I feel that GMP allows for greater area of effect.
- Chest
4L: Incinerate + Fire Penetration + Greater Multiple Projectiles + Spell Echo
5L: Incinerate + Fire Penetration + Greater Multiple Projectiles + Spell Echo + Faster Casting
6L: Incinerate + Fire Penetration + Greater Multiple Projectiles + Spell Echo + Faster Casting + Added Chaos - Helmet
4L : Herald of Ice + Cold Penetration + Added Cold Damage + Reduced Mana - Gloves
4L : Cast When Stunned + Enduring Cry + Immortal Call + Increased Duration - Boots
4L : Reduced Mana + Blind + Tempest Shield + Arctic Armour - Weapon
3L : Clarity + Discipline + Reduced Mana - Shield
3L : Lightning Warp + Faster Casting + Reduced Duration
Gear
The following is a list of required items you will need in order to make the build work correctly. {Gear Notes}
- The Anvil : +(30 to 40) Life gained when you Block, +(15 to 20) Mana gained when you Block, +3% to maximum Block Chance, 10% Chance to Block
- Cloak of Defiance : When hit, 10% of Damage is taken from Mana before Life, Mind Over Matter
- Rathpith Globe : (40 to 60)% of Block Chance applied to Spells
- (Optional) Doryani's Catalyst : Gems in this item are Supported by level 20 Elemental Proliferation, 1% of Elemental Damage Leeched as Life
Statistical focus for rare equipment should be as follows:
- Resist > Life > Chaos Resist > Mana > Mana Regen > Fire Spell Damage > Cast Speed > etc.
